
Intern & Community Housing Program
Bridge of Faith Community Church desires to support and disciple college-age students by offering affordable housing in exchange for volunteer services and involvement. Our goal is to foster a Christ-centered living environment while equipping young adults for leadership, responsibility, and spiritual growth.
Students living in Bridge of Faith housing may choose from two contribution options:



Option 1: Volunteer Contribution

At least 20 hours of service per week

We are currently hiring interns for the following positions:

2 junior high interns
-
2 high school interns
-
2 elementary interns
-
2 pre-k interns
-

Other service areas may include: admin help, facility maintenance, food programs, event setup, Bridgefit admin, business opportunities, and more.

Hours must be logged weekly in clockify.

Option 2: Rent Payment
-
$300/month including utilities and required to attend services and discipleship opportunities.

Includes utilities and shared access to kitchen, laundry, and common areas.
-
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Eligibility
-
Ages 18–25
-
Enrolled in college or working part-time
-
Willing to live in a Christian community and follow guidelines

Background check will be required
Expectations & Regulations
Community Living
-
Respect shared spaces and roommates
-
Quiet hours: 10PM–7AM
-
No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on premises
-
Guests allowed only with prior approval
-
Participate in weekly house meeting & devotional
Volunteer Guidelines

Weekly schedule must be submitted in advance
-
Missed hours must be made up within 7 days

Supervisors will track and approve hours
Housekeeping
-
Keep living areas clean and tidy
-
Participate in rotating chores
-
Report maintenance needs promptly
Discipleship & Support

Optional 1-on-1 mentorship with Bridge of Faith staff

Mandatory discipleship class each week lead by Bridge of Faith staff

Mandatory church/small group attendance
-
Opportunities to lead or co-lead ministry efforts
